Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4342 HCR 39 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4341) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39(RLS) am Establishing the Alaska Royalty and Revenue Committee. and 2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4343 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39(RES) Requesting a study and report on the competitiveness of the state's oil and gas tax and royalty structure. (pending title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 39(RLS) am, thus adopting SCS CSHCR 39(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 39(RLS) am?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. CSHCR 39(RLS) am was referred to the Chief Clerk for permanent filing.
